Would help to have more info. Like how old is it? What do the leaves look like? Any scent? Etc...

Beth...this rose is part of a "rose garden" that is planted on the campus of a small university where I work. Its a relatively new acquistion for the garden but any identity was lost in transport....no tag at all. The groundskeeper is not a "rose person" and doesn't know the variety (and could probably care less). I know nothing about roses at all (they have thorns, need sun and water to grow...there you go, thats my entire knowledge of roses) but the beauty of this particular rose really attracted me....astoundingly beautiful. Sorry I have no info at all....The plant does not have a glossy leaf....has very fragrant blooms...the blooms are distanced from each other somewhat....there is another similar to this one that is named Love...and tho' similar, this one has cream colored inner petals where the Love has much whiter petals. Thanks for responding.....I'll check info on Piccadilly....
