Dang! It's a really lousy photo and I can't enlarge it. I didn't take a close up shot-- indeed, it was a fluke I took this one.
I'll try calling the mission to see if they know the name.

Quick guess, similar to Betty Boop, I see red, white, yellow. Some of the blooms appear solid color, like there are 3 bushes there, one a solid, on each side of the one in the middle

I did a google search. While they do have a web site, they do not show a list of gardens nor have pics of them. I think that googling, then clicking on images would probably give results for better pics
