Name That Rose!

ID my great Striped Rose Please!

Hi!

I'm hoping this will be an easy ID for the Striped Rose lovers out there. This one came in a mislabeled body bag, and before I had it, I wasn't much of a fan of striped roses. This one has won me over!

It seems like it is always in bloom, the bush is about 3 ft.

here in Wisconsin. Seems to be a Floribunda type. Light fragarance. It is one I'd like to have more of! Resists black spot well, stays clean (with spray). Colors are a bit softer than in the picture, more pinky.

Flowers are to big for berries and cream I believe I think your rose is Cabana.

Not sure of the name. I have a floribunda or grandiflora called scentsational that looks similar. As far a getting another one, I propagate rose ALOT and taking a cutting in January 12" long with NO LEAVES, dipping the cut end in rooting hormone (found at any nursery) and stick it in the ground where you want it, is the easiest way to get another. You'll have to leave it there until the next fall before transplanting. Then you'll have another just like it.

Where did you get it, and which company supplied it? That'll help determine what it is. If it was a J&P rose, I'd say CABANA. If you got it from Home Depot it could be PERFUME TIGER.
