Does anyone know what this rose bush is called? It had no tag when I bought it a few years ago. It never grows taller than 3 feet, and the width is about 3 feet at most alsso. The flowers look dark orange with a yellow orange tint in the center of the petals. It is prone to black spot more than my other 3 rose bushes are.
