Name That Rose!

Multicolor rose

I bought this rose a number of years ago from the local Agway and am looking to get a few more. As it was before I got into roses I did not keep the name with the bush, can you help?

Single 5" flowers... Yellow centers, pink edges, gets more pink as it opens, slight scent, long sturdy stems, multiple blooms per season, 50 petals +/-.

Medium green shiny leaves, tip leave is 3", other 2-6 are about 1 1/2", dull underside.

Thorns are about 1/2".

Bush is a good 4-5' tall, late in the season.
