Your first photo looks a lot like the Julia's that I grew for several years. I don't think mine ever had that many petals (or that many healthy leaves here in Black Spot heaven, even though it was sprayed every two weeks.)

Not Distant Drums. DD has distinct dark pink outer petals in bud and newly opened, with a tan center, but does turn lavender pink as it ages.
