Have to cackle a bit at the 1989 photos - they make me smile because the bathroom was really beautiful back in the day! You have done a splendid job renovating it!

Those vessel sinks and espresso console are gonna look just as outdated in 23 years as the pink and brass 1989 bathroom.

True, mmilos, but that that would be just as true of any other current design. Nothing lasts forever. The important thing is to work within the available styles and materials to make as beautiful and functional and classic a space as possible, which is exactly what I see here. Lovely job.

^ That's true. But I think your money goes a lot farther choosing more classic finishes and fixtures. But that's me. :-)

Studio S, Thank you. Not changing the foorprint of the Bath was the main objective as the Client was happy with the current locations. I cannot disclose the actual amount but it was under $30,000.

David: thanks for sharing. That is not a bad price given the level of finish you selected, great work.
