Am I crazy? All for one Rose Hip?

Hi all..

I think I am seriously losing it.

I am ready to shovel prune Rozette Delizy. 2 caned wonder.

Not pretty.

So I have decided "out she goes" and what do I see? One big rose hip starting to ripen. I am seriously considering NOT removing her to get this hip and the seeds.

Anyone have any thoughts? Has anyone tried using RDelizy seeds before? Any successes? Failures?
