Growing Cuttings

Hi!
A few months ago, I tried several cuttings, one worked. (It of course, died, by one of my siblings watering it with cleaner) I don't know what I did differently, and now that it's almost winter, I would like some advice on ways to grow cuttings in the winter in north Texas. Any tips? Thanks!

I don't usually recommend growing roses inside but you can try. Find a warm sunny spot and keep the humidity up around them at all times. There are a ton of different methods on here. Do a search and see if one suits your needs.
