My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
don't think so, they do grow easily from seed if available OR from the corms ("bulbs") that they (or at least some species and hybrids) normally produce underground spreading to form large clumps in a few years from a single initial plant---dig up the clump and you should get lots of little plants.
