This is intended mainly for Russ, who said he didn't know how. Here's how I do it.

First take a photo with your digital camera. Edit it with software like Adobe and reduce its file size to under 60KB. Remeber where you save it.

Second - Open this page in the Sans Gallery and text your text like you were just going to post a message.

Third - Click on the "Preview Message"

Fourth - After checking your text look below the text window and there will be a box that says BROWSE. Click on it and navigate to your picture folder. Select and Enter.

Fifth - Post yoy message. Now is that complicated? Of course you first have to have a camera.
