My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My Sans. Trifasciata desertii

Is about to BLOOM!!! I live in western Tennessee growing zone 7b. The plants sat outside all summer and until the second week of November on the carport until I brought everything inside before frost. It sits on the east facing windowseat in full hard Eastern exposure, and it's a bit warmer than I'd like, but it's the only place I can put it with all the rest of my cacti and succulents until late spring.
