Went out yesterday - got up at 5:30 to head out to 2 nurseries several hours away. The first one I had anticpated great finds at turned out to have minimal choices that were teeny but I picked up an s. microphylla hot lips. The 2nd one - Morning Herb Sun Farm in Vacaville was great . Good choices (for me) and nice sized, healthy, lush plants. I got:
s. blepharophylla
s. buchananii
s. chiapensis
s. divinorum
s. elegans - honey melon
s. jamensis ?? two-tone
s. involucrata
s. madrensis
s. splendens van houttei
s. waverly
They had a plant called "two-tone" which a gal watering thought was of a jamensis parentage which I chose also and will investigate further. It looked to be rose & red. They had others and would be putting more out as the season progresses so may have to make another trip back.
