If you are referring to Salvia divinorum, it is probably dead. As a tropical, it will go dormant and should be cut back some, then be kept in a cool, sunny location. The soil should be kept just damp enough to keep the leaves turgid.

This pretty much applies to all Salvias, especially the other tropical ones. The xeric Eurasian ones will lose their leaves, and the hardy ones can best be kept in an unheated greenhouse or cold frame. Soil moisture requirements are the same. Cold and wet are the worst enemies of dormant sages, followed by dessication.
