Hello from Houston. I have a small 3'x 15' bed on my enclosed back patio. Because I live in a townhome complex, the patio is quite hemmed in. The bed receives full-blast sun and heat in the summer and no sun at all during our wet winters. To make things worse, there is little or no air/breeze that reaches the bed because the patio is enclosed by 6 foot fences.

Can anyone think of annuals that might tolerate such extremes?
