Salvia ID?

Does anyone have a thought on what this might be? The seeds came to me labeled "rare blue Salvia." The plants are a fragile looking 3-4 inches tall with pale blue blooms in pairs that are slightly larger than S. sylvestris, much smaller than S. greggii at about 3/8 inch.
From seed to bloom took only a month. I have tried to get a crisp picture, but it eludes me. I finally removed a bloom to photograph against different backgrounds to enhance the details. The camera is reading the color truly, though.

Salvia reflexa?? (Ifo so, this is a weed!)

LOL, in that case, it probably is S. reflexa.
The examples I found online appear much more vigorous than what I have growing, but perhaps it doesn't like being treated like a garden plant. I think I will watch it a while to see if it toughens up. If it is S. reflexa, it appears to have spread to virtually every state around me. I don't think I want to be the start of an invasion here.

I agree with Robin that it is salvia reflexa, it flowers quickly from germination as yours has done, it is somewhat subdued here.
