problem! yellowish, wrinkly soft patches on leaves!

just a few days ago, i put my sansevieria plants outside, and today i went to check on them, and found pale yellowish, soft, wrinkly spots on some of the leaves, that make some of them droop and some of them curl along the edges.

i cut off one of the leaves, because it was in pretty poor shape.

to give an idea of the conditions they were in, i was keeping them in the sun, we've had good weather lately, but a few cool nights. i can't find evidence of pests. i also had been watering it more than i do when it's indoors.

what has happened? how do i fix it? is it because of being outside? overwatering? disease? should i cut all the bad leaves off?

here are some pictures i took of the problematic leaves.
