My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I apologize that I don't remember the exact fabric we used on these drapes. They are custom made and came from one of the many fabric stores along La Brea between Beverly & Wilshire. If I recall correctly, these specific drapes came from Silk Trading Company at La Brea & 4th. AND they have bolts of remnants in the back if you're looking for something slightly less expensive.
