Not a very good pic, but here is my potted patchouli flowering. When/how do I collect seed (the flowers are still green)? Also, any advise on how to grow from seed.

I know that cuttings work, but it takes me 3-4 months for me to get them to root (also, I don't use bottom heat). Thanks!!!
