I decided to seed save from my storebought acorn and butternut squash- both of which I just discovered this year, yes, I've NEVER eaten either of them.

Anyhoo.. I was eyeing the acorn sqush seeds one day, the next thing I knew, I had a heck of a snack! Better than pumpkin seeds. I ended up saving about 10 seeds for planting, they were SO yummy- just dried..I justified it by reasoning that they were storebought, and the seeds were probably compromised anyway...;)
