Yes, hated throwing them out, but they were old, old, old. I get the chewable ones myself, as I am queasy a lot and they are easier to get down. I did sprinkle them on my flower bed crushed. haha.

I've taken old vitamins, diluted them in water in a 2 liter soda bottle, shaken up constantly until dissolved, and had dumped into my composter. I haven't a clue if this isn't acceptable or not; I hate to waste too.
