I can't remember the sowing method for it, but they can be grown from seed (I have some, but haven't tried yet). The seeds are dark brown sticks, about half an inch (maybe a little less?) in length which are very sticky. I thought these were pods for tiny seeds at first, then I found out that they are the seeds. I'll have to find the instructions for sowing again, but I don't remember it to be a very difficult plant to start from seed from them.
