tulle bags for bagging flowers

I hope this is the right forum to post this question.I looked in FAQ but couldn't find anything,anywho...Does anybody have any idea how to make those little tulle bags you put over tomato flowers,etc.so they won't get cross pollinated if you want to save the seed.What are the dimisions? Thanks
