Long term storage

Hi folks,
In regards to long term storage. I understand that the seeds need to be kept away from moisture. So I always use silica gel in my envelopes. But what else can be done?
In other words, how critical is it to minimize the oxygen levels also, should I use an oxygen absorber?
Am I right to assume that these things add to the seeds demise?
1. Light
2. Moisture
3. Heat
4. Oxygen

Should ALL of these be considered or would eliminating any of these actually destroy the seeds? Thanks.
Dave
