My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

For the small head Coreopsis, such as Plains & 'Mahogany Midget' ... has anyone found a way to separate seed from chaff? I'm not a stickler, but there's so much chaff with these, I want to be sure I'm trading mostly seed. All of my screens seem to let both pass through. Thanks! : )
