Not many that I know of. Chocolate cosmos is another famous one. It's not that it's strictly "sterile". It's just that all the plants you find are divided clones of each other, since in the wild it is extinct. However, there are rumours of at least one other distinct inidividual (clones of a different inidividual, that is), which may mean that seeds could be possible if they identify the other one(s).

French tarragon isn't strictly sterile (that I know of), but the original is a mutant of the Russian one, so seeds will probably revert back. The plants you find are, again, clones.

Saffron crocus (crocus sativa) is also sterile, since it's the result of a genetic mutation that makes it sterile. It's generally propagated by bulb offsets. Partly the reason saffron is so darn expensive!
