White ash seeds look a little like maple seed keys in a way they hang in clusters - they are called samaras - they are tan and about 2 inches in length and taper at one end - they are usually gone by october - they begin growing in july and fall in september - you may have a male ash tree that does not produce samaras but fuzzy junk that falls, when leaf fall begins - no those are not seeds.

I think you're right, it must be a male tree. I never noticed seeds, and I would have if they are 2 inches long.
