Fermenting seeds.

Okay...here's what happened. Saturday, I put my seeds, goop, and pulp all in a plastic container. I covered it with plastic wrap with holes poked into the plastic to release some air. I placed it outside, which was kind of cool and windy (not a warm spot like the FAQ said to do.) Well, Sunday was much warmer outside, gave them a little stir and I made sure it was in a good spot. This morning, the container was upside-down. I think I lost a little liquid but I still have a little goop and pulp left. So, now it's inside on a windowsill. My questions, is my fermenting project a bust? Should I just add a little fluid? Will it take a few days longer because of it being cold? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Melissa
