Let the bloom dry, then rub it onto a piece of paper. You will see, among the chaff maybe a hundred or so tiny, black spearheads, and those would be the seeds. You can usually which of the things in the chaff are the seeds because they are the only things that look identical to each other consistently. Or, if you don't want to bother with picking out the seeds, you can just rub the dried flower head directly onto soil when the weather is warm, and then thin out as they sprout.
