Those type of seeds are flutterer/spinners, my best guess would be Ailanthus altissima - "tree of heaven"/"chinese sumac". I've put in a link to some google photos of seeds.
This sort of seed dispersal is sometimes linked to plants which can be invasive outside their native areas, I'd just be careful - I know you are in saudi, but even so.

I didn't get your meaning when you said some plants can be invasive outside their native areas. Do you mean this tree will spread over a large area? I hope so man, I really liked it. It was like a beautiful drawing.
I obtained a few seeds, but I am not very sure how to break their dormancy so I can plant them in small containers.
