Hi,
Veronica seeds are very small. They do vary in their size between varieties, but all a small. They are light brown in color and shaped sort of like disks. For the very small ones, it is hard to tell this, but it may help you realize what is seed.

Well, darn that! I am having a hard time finding Royal Candles...

I did a quick google and it is widely available in the US, even Homedepot advertises it.

The reviews weren't great on plant health for shipped plants. Being past peak of blooming, I'll look in stores in early spring. I talked with someone who had success dividing an existing plant.
