It is flowering because it is underpotted. This will make a wonderful hanging basket plant. It will flower only on new growth, so don't be so quick to take off the offsets. You want a full pot. You can remove the flowering offsets however, it will never flower on that stem again. Let them be the the mother plants to give you new kids. It is going to be highly perfumed. All San. flower at night and close in the morning, all the buds do not flower at once, So this will go on for several nights. I hope you enjoy your San. as much as I have these past years. What soil mix do you use for your Sans? I will definitely pot it up in the spring. That was my thought that the pot was small for the size of the plant. But when I potted it in 2008 the plant was small with only about 6 leafs. Also, do you pot them up to the next size yearly, or refresh the soil, or just leave them alone for a couple years?
