Mine do -- not as much as in sunnier beds, and they definitely don't grow as tall, but they do quite well for me. I have one bright red mini-rose at the foot a big oleander standard, so it gets no direct sun at all, just bright reflected light from the house wall across it. It blooms two or three times a year, without fail. I'm always surprised how tough it has proven to be!

All I've got is part shade, and my mini roses do pretty well. In fact, I'm suspicious that one of them has self-seeded, although I've never heard of a rose doing that before.
