Are they potted or bare root? If potted, just keep them in a cool (not freezing) location that offers some light. If a garage or basement that offers no light, you might want to take them outside for a few hours each day the weather cooperates :-)

If bare root starts, go ahead and pot them up now. And then follow the rest of the directions above. Water just enough to keep the potting soil just barely moist.
