Hmmm ... my bee balm does OK in shade, but still gets SOME sun. It probably wouldn't do so well in constant shade, even bright shade, but you might give it a try.

Red hot pokers might but they don't get quite that tall, maybe phlox, currents, mock ornage p[ossible. Thats a tough one to answer. Trying to picture various gardens I know but am rather blank on choices. You height kinds limits me too. LOL I have read where some ferns get that tall and they prefer shade so maybe... I might suggest to go to a online nursery site and just put your preferences into their system and see what you come up with.. Be prepared to enter shade, zone and shrubs/perennials etc...

Rhododendrons seem to be the easiest to find that would meet your needs. They can get quite tall, are evergreen and have great color!

How about some clumping bamboos, like Himalayacalamus hookerianus (blue bamboo, c. 15-20 ft) or Fargesia nitida (c. 10 ft).
