My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Question about bad sources

Is it worth taking a chance and ordering from a company with some bad reviews (if you really want something they have or the prices are right), IF you order with a credit card? So if you get ripped off, you can just dispute charges, right? And no, not if you have a history of disputing charges.
