I think it looks awesome the way it is! I wouldnt change a thing. The colors and plants go really well together.

It looks great. You may want to add hakone for contrast, and dusty miller (if well mulched it will be a perennial) too.

I agree, it looks terrific. What is the large leafed green and pink plant? Just love it!

It's not my photo, so I can't say for sure, but I would guess that the green and pink plant is one of many varieties of caladium.

I agree that the area looks wonderful as is. If you want to jazz it up a little, how about some statuary? Or a birdbath. Maybe a little fountain? That's also a very nice orchid you have there.

yea it does look good, why do you want to jazz it up.
if you want a puch of color, how about a container of some shade tolerant annual (impatients?) that you could change with the seasons. or some bulbs sutible to your area.
pot up some more orchids and put them into the corner to a a splash.

I agree that's it's very pretty, and if anything, some tall, rustic gray stone or maybe a tipped-over pot might look good peeking out or standing up. Just for height change and a rough texture for contrast.
