The beds are 4'x4'. The zucchini spots are one foot square, to give scale.

I expected they were 4x4 and each square was a square foot.

I'd say it looks pretty good. Peppers will be crammed in at on square each, but they should work given enough water and fertilizer.

Yes, the path between them is not to scale. There is plenty of room, thanks.

Lettuce and peas are cool season crops so depending on your climate they could be planted early and followed up with some of the other crops. I would suggest planting peas on a teepee and then following it up with beans on the same teepee. Also, when it gets hotter you may be able to plant another crop of lettuce under the bean teepee. I am guessing that you may be using zucchini to shade your lettuce. That can work well but you may want to consider planting zucchini in a corner so it can spill out of the bed and not crowd other crops too much.
I plant peppers one to the square foot every year. I also allow everything to climb that can - melons, squash, tomatoes, cucumbers - that way very few crops take up more than one square foot per plant.
