Toilet between two vanities?

We have a long, narrow master bath. From left to right, a 24" vanity in the corner, then the toilet, then a wall heat/cooling vent in 48" of space between the toilet and tub. I would like to move the toilet towards the tub and install a wider vanity, but that would mean either moving the wall vent or leaving it behind the toilet. Or, I could just leave everything and add another small vanity on the other side of the toilet. Has anyone seen pictures of that configuration? Does it look bad? Thanks a lot.

I think I'd feel like I was sitting in a jury box with a toilet between 2 vanities (lol).

Definitely do not put the toilet between the 2 vanities. You would be unhappy. Can you have the vent go through under the vanity through the toe kick?

I s there any space to build a water closet (separate area for the toilet)? I just think in a master bathroom a toilet should be private. Having toilet time out in the open like that is just too much togetherness for me.

All - Here are two photos. I agree that the toilet between the vanities would not look good. My plan would be to move the toilet closer to the tub and re-route the vent through the toe-kick. I don't think there is enough depth to move the toilet to the corner. I wish I had room for a water closet but this is a pretty small house.

Absolutely move the toilet towards the tub and get a longer vanity, looks like you would have enough room for double sinks if you so desire. Make sure you leave 30" minimum clear between the tub and vanity to meet code. Vent can be re-routed into a toe-kick diffuser below the cabinet, or you can go with a wall hung vanity that floats above the floor. Hope your house is not on a slab. :o)

Move toilet and have wider vanity w one larger sink, more luxurious than a double sink set up if there is not much room between the basins

I have a similar setup: stall shower, toilet, sink, tub. I can’t move the toilet either (in a building, would cost thousands and require permits). What’s a good design solution? Stupid prewar buildings 🤣
