It looks like a Four- wing saltbush (Atriplex canescens). I agree that they can be pretty, such as the specimen on your property. They are even more abundant in Southern NM. A nice, undemanding, drought tolerant native. I am surprised they are not planted more.

Thank you desertlvr! These bushes self-seed readily. I have had to pull up quite a few, which have planted themselves where they should not be, such as in my driveway. However, I leave most of them be. The flowers remind me of Bells of Ireland.

Exactly right on the bells of Ireland. Maybe that is why I like these so much. Enjoy the rest of winter.... Spring should not be too far away.
