im having a problem with a mesquite tree....it is very loose at the base of the trunk,The tree is only about 13 ft tall and if you push the tree the whole thing moves about a foot either way,there is also some oleanders about 5 ft away from the tree and they are not growing at all,in-fact they look like they are gett no water but they have been there foir 5 years and are oly 3 ft tall....so is there somthing wrong with the soil???the mesquite looks like its getting to much water and the oleanders look like there not gettin enough ????what the f is goin on....thanks in advance....
