Strawberrys Fertilizing-Sun City West AZ

This may be a duplicate, if so please excuse me.

Gurney's sells 10-52-17, I've read an article said to use 21-0-0 twice a year, someone else said 10-10-10, another add sulphur.

Just what is recommended for this area,how often, and when?

Could 16-16-16 be used in place of 10-10-10 just use less?

Any suggestions on sulphur?
