My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Oleander or Hopbush for screen

Hello,

I am considering either of these 2 to provide a screen near the pool area and to block out views of the yard next door.

I've seen some good & bad about Oleanders but not too much on hopbush. Are Oleanders the best thing to use or could Hopbush provide the same attributes?
