These days a lot of Business property is 'encumbered' with SB Loans which means that if their property goes into foreclosure the bank will seize their company assests (tools and things) as well. This leaves the business with no way to fulfill contracts.

If you are looking for a great gardener in your area, there are plenty of independents in North County that would love your business. There is no need to get tangled up in some East County company that is having troubles.
