Some junipers (Mountain ashe Juniper, One can kill by just lopping off the Tree by cutting below the lowest branch or below the Growth plate. But other Junipers need to be poisoned or dug ALL the way up because they will grow back from the roots. So one must know which species off the juniper and how it acts. I am only familiar with some of the native junipers of Texas Red Berry Juniper grows back from the roots. I only have the easy one on my land.
