My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Anyone happen to have any of these? I have one started but would like to get my hands on a couple more. If you are coming to the Middle TN Plantswap in May, I'd be happy to prearrange a trade.
I know they can be pretty invasive, but at least for a while I plan on pruning the seed pods off before they can ripen. My wife really liked the one that sprang up at her mom's house. Her dad keeps cutting the top out of it so it hasn't ever bloomed, much less spread.
I see a lot of people using them in new landscaping to provide quick shade trees.
