I know most of the people who frequent this forum are already well versed in seed starting but I thought I'd throw this out there...

I'm trying to plan a Seed Starting Workshop for anyone interested in learning about starting seeds indoors. Topics to be discussed include container selection, growing medias, pest and disease prevention, thinning, transplanting, hardening off, and many more...

A time, date, and location have not been established yet but it will take place in the Knoxville area. (possibly @ one of the public libraries) The presentation will include lecture, show-and-tell, and a demonstration of some techniques. All ages and experience levels welcome.

If you or someone you know may be interested in attending something of this nature please post up here. I'm trying to gauge interest to pick a venue of the appropriate size. I hope to be able to offer the class for free but this depends on the venue as well.
