What you can grow will depend on just how much light that actually amounts too -- from the sound of it, not a heck of a lot. (Unless you are planning on using supplemental lighting.) That alone will be a major limiting factor. How moist are you willing to keep the terr? How tall would you like the plants therein to get?

In a constantly moist setting, Selaginella and some types of ferns would probably do well. Perhaps too some types of pothos.

In a drier (lightly/barely moist) setting, some types of ferns, pothos, ficus pumila come to mind.

Fittonias too will do well in lower light, uncovered terrariums. I've grown them that way (as long as the mix is kept a bit moist at all times).

Very carefree plants to do in a terrarium as long as one pinches them back from time to time. Also, Fittonias now come in really nice varieties, from the original small leafed green & white, to larger leafed green & white to green w/ red veining which now comes in small or large leaves (or green w/ pink veining).

They do well in a fluffy, airy, AV type mix.

I believe I just talked myself into trying & make a multi-colored Fittonia terrarium like this, should be lovely!
