I'm pretty sure there's no such place. My guess is that either the name is spelled differently (it's not really Wellington) or Wellington is the name of the road instead of the city. Recheck your source and go from there. I've checked a source that has even the smallest of communities listed, and Wellington, TN is a no-go.

If you can't find the city name, do you have other information, like the person's name, the cultivar name, etc?

I did some more reseach and I believe it may be a community in Millington. I'm going to look for an address there. Her name is Emma Chandler. Thanks for helping.
