I see leaf miner damage in the last picture (those roller coaster type trails) Have you checked the undersides of the leaves for any critters?

How's your soil? Have you put any fertilizers on the plant? Also like ribbit said check the underside of the leaves for critters.

I'm wondering if maybe your zuke's & cuke's are/were getting too much water or fertilizer... The new leaves on your zuke's seem to be doing well...

The spots on the leaves are from something on the underside munching on them.

I've heard that leafminers don't tend to harm bean plants too much, and that you can ignore them. But I've also read that they can bore down into the stem and ruin the plant, so you may want to remove the leaves with leafminers.
